SERVING ASSOCIATIONS SINCE 1977

PGA was created on December 1, 1977 under Pageau Goyette et associés. Its mission is to offer professional services and a permanent base for administrative operations to non-profit associations and organizations so that they are in the best possible positions to meet their obligations to the members.

PGA has expanded rapidly due to the increase in its clientele and the mandates entrusted to it, given that some of its clients bring together several thousand members across Canada. The
range of services it offers has continued to broaden, and PGA has acquired expertise that has become recognized over the years. Today, PGA serves over 10,000 members and 3,000 firms are grouped into the associations it manages.

SURE VALUE

The basic principle underlying PGA's actions is its total respect for the independence of the organizations retaining its services. In fact, its primary role is to support its clients in their dayto-day affairs and encourage their growth. In this way, each client develops the influence necessary to attain its own objectives, and its members enjoy all the services and advantages they are entitled to expect from their association.

In order to fulfill its mission, PGA has identified four basic values, which also recognized
by these people working with its clients, those being:

  1. The full satisfaction of the associationsand organizations with which PGA has
    dealings;

  2. The supplying of a stimulating work atmosphere that encourages innovation;

  3. The convergence of professionnal requirements and a high level of working environment;

  4. The respect of a rigorous code of ethics applicable to all its activities, relationships, and interactions with its suppliers, its clients, their members, the governments and the various organizations with which it must collaborate.
